The following terms of service are applicable when using these services

You acknowledge that by visiting and reading the information contained on this website, which also applies to any request, question or usage, that you are in the driver seat of your life of the choice and decision you make.

Whenever US is used it refers to both  parties.

All information is kept confidential, may it be the collect of your name, phone number, mailing address, email address and including but not excluding any other information.s that may be disclosed during a coaching session.

You the client, also understands that the coaching sessions offered are not meant to replace any type of therapy, nor are to be used as medical advice in any way, shape or form and that you are solely responsible for the choices that you make, should a need to consult a health professional be suggested.

You also acknowledge that at any given time, the coaching session.s can be terminated by either myself- service provider  or you the client, should either one of us feel the need may it be reciprocal or otherwise relating to non compatibility issues

Should the need for either one of us to terminate the 4 weeks package, the unused portion of what is left will be reimbursed by myself- the service provider, within a 48 hours delay and in the format that the payment was received, may it be via Paypal or E-Transfer.

You also acknowledge and agree that the 1.5 hour individual coaching session, the 1 hour or 30 minutes medium intuitive consultations as well as the 1 hour regression sessions are not conducive to be reimboursed  without a 24hours notice prior to the scheduled session.

Purchase of the books

For the  softcover version (available in Canada only) should for any reason, a delay in the reception takes place, that is beyond the control of the expediter's , you agree to a reasonable delay for reception of up to 2 weeks. Should after this delay the soft cover copy is still not received, a refund of the full amount to the method of payment it was initially received will take place and that the shipping is included in the purchase price of the book.

You will receive an email confirming when the book has officially left the expediter's hands.

All decision.s and commitment.s on both parties, being us to work as a team follow the Terms and Conditions as indicated above.
